This Return Policy applies to all pre ordered products from N1 Goalkeeper Gloves (Aus) (ABN 69 261 542 752).
By placing a pre order you agree to the following terms.
1. Before paymentYou may cancel your pre order at any time before payment at no cost.
Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us at info@n1gloves.com.au.
2. After paymentOnce your pre ordered item arrives in Melbourne and you complete payment, your order is covered by our standard return rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may return the product if:
- It is faulty
- It is not as described
- It arrives damaged
- It does not match the product information you received
In these cases you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
3. Change of mind returnsBecause pre orders are brought in specifically based on customer requests, we do not offer change of mind refunds after payment is made.
If you would like to swap size or model, we will do our best to help, but exchanges depend on remaining stock at the time.
4. Incorrect sizeIf the size you purchased does not fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and the gloves must be returned unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.
Return postage for size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the size error was caused by us.
5. Faulty or damaged itemsIf your gloves arrive damaged or faulty, contact us at info@n1gloves.com.au with photos and your order number.
We will organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. How to request a returnTo request a return, email us at:

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
- A short description of the issue
We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
7. Return conditionsReturned items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Clean
- In original packaging with all tags included
Products that show signs of wear from training or matches cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
8. Refund timingsApproved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
9. Shipping costs- If the return is due to a fault or an error on our side, we cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is for exchange or incorrect size selection, the customer covers the return postage.
10. Consumer rightsNothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are always entitled to a remedy for faulty goods.
