These Pre Order Terms and Conditions apply to all pre orders placed through N1 Goalkeeper Gloves (Aus) (ABN 69 261 542 752). By submitting a pre order form you agree to the following:

1. Who we are
N1 Goalkeeper Gloves (Aus) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.n1gloves.com.au and our social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

2. What a pre order is
A pre order allows you to reserve products before they arrive in stock.
You do not need to pay upfront.
A secure payment link will be sent once the stock arrives in our Melbourne warehouse.

3. Pre orders accepted from Australia only
We accept pre orders from customers located in Australia only.
International pre orders are not available at this stage.

4. Free shipping for pre orders
All pre orders receive free shipping Australia wide.
This offer applies only to pre order customers and will not continue once the full online store launches.

5. Limited time offer
The pre order program, including discounts and free shipping, is available for a limited time and will end once our full online store is active.

6. Placing a pre order
To place a pre order you must complete the online form with your name, email, product selection and size.
Submitting the form reserves your request but does not create a binding purchase contract.

7. Pre order confirmation
After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• Your pre order details
• The pre order discount that applies
• Your personal referral code
This confirmation shows your reservation only.

8. Prices, discounts and referral rewards
Every pre order includes a discounted price.
The final price will be shown in the payment link sent once stock arrives.
Your referral code allows you to earn rewards when someone makes a purchase using it.

9. No upfront payment
Payment is required only after the stock arrives in Melbourne and before your order is shipped.
If you do not complete payment by the due date, your reserved item may be released.

10. Stock arrival and shipping
Arrival dates are estimates and may vary due to production, freight or customs delays.
Your order will be shipped only after:

1. The stock arrives
2. Payment is completed

Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

11. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your pre order at any time before payment.
To do so, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at info@n1gloves.com.au.
Once payment is made, standard Returns Policy rules apply.

12. Product availability
We reserve your requested model and size, but final availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
If your selected item becomes unavailable you may choose:
• A different size or model, or
• A complete cancellation at no charge

13. Privacy
All personal information collected during the pre order process is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

14. Liability
We are not responsible for delays in stock arrival or delivery caused by events outside our control.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Pre Order Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version displayed on our website at the time of your submission applies to your pre order.
